As a Certified Peer Specialist, I offer non-clinical, one-on-one and group support rooted entirely in lived experience. I've navigated depression, anxiety, and a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis all while raising children, running a nonprofit, and rebuilding my financial life. I don't just understand your journey. I've been on it.

Every session is built around the H.O.P.E. model — a structured, compassionate framework developed from lived experience and peer specialist training. It transforms overwhelming recovery goals into one small, clear, achievable next step at a time.

Your safety is always the priority. If our work together surfaces acute clinical needs, safety risks, or requires a professional diagnosis, I am ethically and legally obligated to refer you immediately to a licensed provider or appropriate crisis services. My role is to support your clinical care not to replace it.
